6lbd Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6lbd website located at 6lbd.bet, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features made available to registered users (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6lbd ("6lbd", "we", "us", "our"). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6lbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform. 6lbd's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the claim.

6lbd makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6lbd will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 6lbd's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability, for which 6lbd shall not be liable.

6lbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Where an account is closed by 6lbd for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited in full.
